• Returns: We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
• Condition: To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
• Hygiene Note: For hygiene reasons, items such as Weighted Blankets, Mouth Tape, and Pet Beds must be in their original, sealed packaging to be eligible for a return.
• Process: To start a return, contact us at support@viveraliving.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.
